Fr Shay Cullen
Fr Shay Cullen is a Catholic Missionary priest from Ireland.
In 1974, he established the The People’s Recovery Empowerment Development Assistance Foundation Inc. (PREDA) with Alex and Merly Ramirez Hermoso to help deal with the many problems and victims of abuse especially the victims of torture and military oppression in the Philipines.
He is a popular international speaker, campaigner, media commentator, a writer and journalist.
